Sales Tax e-Certificates
The Department of Taxation and Finance now authorizes the use and acceptance of electronic versions of the following sales and use tax resale and exemption documents (e-certificates). See TSB-M-07(1)S, Electronic Resale and Exemption Documents for Sales and Compensating Use Taxes, for more information on the use of e-certificates.

To download these documents, you need an installed copy of the Adobe Reader. If you do not have this software, here's how to get a free copy. You may be able to download the files without it. However, to view and print the files you will need the reader. Select a form by clicking on the file link. Some forms have a (Fill-in) version available which may be completed on screen and printed (no computations are made).
