| Please Note - Effective January 1, 2006, all Vendors and persons
acting on their behalf who communicate with the Department with respect
to certain procurements are subject to the requirements and restrictions
set forth in Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2005, as amended by Chapter 596 of
the Laws of 2005 ("the Procurement Lobbying Act"). This
legislation provides for
increased disclosure regarding persons and organizations contacting
state government with regard to procurement. As required by this
legislation, the Department has issued guidelines which can be found at:
