Procurement Lobbying Act Procurement Home Page

 
Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2005, as amended by Chapter 596 of the Laws of 2005, establishes significant changes in the development of procurement contracts with government entities, and expands upon Executive Order 127 and the former lobbying statues.
 
This legislation took effect on January 1, 2006, and all vendors and persons acting on their behalf are encouraged to familiarize themselves with this legislation prior to contacting the Department on any procurement.
