To advance quality and excellence, the Department will:
	Design and implement an integrated tax system (e-MPIRE) that will provide taxpayers with one-stop service
	Develop Alternative Work Schedule options to better serve the needs of our customers, employees and the Department
	Implement an Automated Case Management System to streamline the audit process
	Enhance communications with Department employees in regard to policies, procedures and operational changes to fulfill their job responsibilities and to provide accurate information to taxpayers
